En pasta Bolognese, tilberedt på linser og champignon.

Sådan gør du:
1. Kog linser.

2. Kog pasta

3. Svits løg og hvidløg et par minutter.

4. Tilsæt krydderier og svampe og steg ca 6-7 minutter til væden er fordampet fra svampene.

5. Hæld nu tomatsaucen ved og lad det koge op.

6. Kom de kogte pasta i retten sammen med spinaten.

7. Hæld det enten i et ildfastfad eller brug som jeg en gryde der kan gå i ovnen.

8. Fordel osten over retten.

9. Bag i ovnen i ca 15 minutter ved 200 grader.

10. Server en stor blandet salat til.
Ingredienser
* 200 g pasta
* 2 spsk. olivenolie
* 1 løg, finthakket
* 3 fed hvidløg, finthakket
* 1 bakke champignon, 250 g, renset og skåret i små tern
* 1 tsk oregano
* 1 tsk basilikum
* 1 kvist timian eller 1 tsk tørret timian
* ca 700 ml tomatsauce
* Grønne linser (kog 1½ dl linser på forhånd i vand tilsat 1 bouillonterning)
* Salt og peber
* 2 håndfulde skyllet spinat.
* 1 kugle mozzarella og friskrevet parmesan
