Sød og frisk opskrift på glacerede gulerødder, fint tilbehør til påskebordet.

Sådan gør du:
1. Rens gulerødderne, lad det øverste af toppen sidde på.

2. Smelt smør i en stor pande.

3. Vend gulerødderne på panden et par minutter.

4. Tilsæt appelsinsaft, revet skal, salt og peber.

5. Hæld honningen over.

6. Læg et stort låg over panden og lad det det simre 2-10 minutter, alt efter hvor sprøde du ønsker gulerødderne skal være.

7. Krydr med den krydderurt du foretrækker, jeg har brugt timian her.
Ingredienser
* 1 bundt gulerødder med top
* 2 spsk smør
* 2 spsk honning
* saft og skal af 1 økologisk appelsin
* salt og peber
* krydderurt.
